These roasting racks allow you to grill your shellfish holding them snugly without losing the tasty moist juices with all the flavor. You can use these oyster beds both on your outdoor grill or in the oven. Now you can make scrumptious oysters Rockefeller or grill tasty mussels with ease. Also try these for stuffed mushrooms, eggs, and artichokes.

Note: Not suitable for little clams (see hole size info below). Oyster Tip: Place oyster on rack humpside down.
